Couldn't be more disappointed! Has done SOME good work for us (installed a copper 'main' pipe to the house) , but of course, it ended up 25-30% more than he quoted...and took longer than he said it would. But what is most troubling, is we wrote him a check for $2k to draw up plans for a project and 'pull' permits, because he said he had done it many times before, but the drawings weren't accepted by LA City Building & Planning, and he never 'pulled' any permits.....about to take him to court. So, less about $700 for work some work he has performed since (sprinklers), we're out about $1,300. Also, he always apparently has 'phone' problems....doesn't hardly ever answer....doesn't return calls promptly...or at all! Just not professional....be wise....
