Q. What are the most common jobs you do for your clients?

A. Small jobs.
Paint/fix walls; change light fixtures; fix/replace leaking fauces; hang picture frames/curtains; replace tile flooring; install new toilet.
We also help putting together furniture, desks, shelving units and cabinets.

Q. What information do you recommend customers have ready when contacting you?

A. We like to get specific details about what is wanted/needed. For example, if a client wants to paint a wall, is good to know how long and tall it is, what colors (old and new).

Q. What makes you stand out from other contractors in your area?

A. Customer Service!! Work Quality!! Reliability!!

Q. Describe three recent jobs where you made your clients really happy

A. - Installation of natural stone backsplash. It looks gorgeous and the client had no words to thank us when she saw the project done.
- We replaced an old toiled. The tank was leaking and the floor was getting destroyed. We took out the old toilet, fix the subfloor, the tile and the trim behind the toilet. She was really happy.
- We hung around 30 picture frames in walls from the foyer of the house, the staircase, living room, hallway and three different rooms. It was a big house, big and heavy frames, but at the end the clients were happy to see their frames finally in place.

Q. What are the most rewarding aspects of being a local contractor?

A. What we want to see at the end of the day is a big smile in the face of our clients. There is nothing more rewarding than making a happy customer and getting a sincere smile of gratitude.

Q. Can you give advice to homeowners on how to find the best contractor for their project?

A. The best contractor is the one that goes to your house, you meet personally and give you sincere answers and explain to you the details. Is also important to make sure the contractor is in your house all the time, not just at the beginning of the project to convince you and at the end to pick up the check. The contractor needs to be able to answer your calls, answer your questions, be there when you need him. DO NOT PAY MONEY UPFRONT. They will "disappear" and not finish the project, or finish it in a bad way.
